Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves a blend of administrative, accounting, and customer account management duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and customer service, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service and support. 

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable. 

  • Process payroll accurately and timely. 

  • Prepare and send quotes to clients. 

  • Handle licensing and contract management 

  • Answer phones and assist with general office duties as needed. 

  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized 

  • Oversee product inventory and ensure accurate records 

  • Maintain and update customer accounts. 

SKILLS

The desired candidate should have at least 2 years of previous administrative experience and the following: 

  • Good oral/written communication and telephone skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Ability to physically handle shipping/receiving of boxed products (less than 50lbs) 

  • Desire to participate in a growing company 

  • Self-motivated to learn and develop skills 

  • Familiarity with shipping processes and logistics. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

EDUCATION

  • Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience. 

  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience. 

HOURS

  • 40 hours per week. In-office position 

COMPENSATION

  • $24 p/hour (depending on experience)

NOTES

  • Office is located at 8025 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd Tampa FL 33619 

  • Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm 

  • All candidates are subject to a background check and citizenship verification
